Loyal guests on their fourth stay here noted the “Lovely breakfast, relaxing bar, good standard of the room” as good reasons for returning. The “Easy walk to Euston Station and underground lines” and “Great balance of amenities and affordability (for London)” have also been praised by visitors who “would definitely use again”. Any gripes were largely relatively minor – the Cumberland sausages at breakfast and “no soy milk on cereal bar” and, more amusingly, the location of the toilet roll in the bathroom, “you nearly dislocated your shoulder when tearing off a piece!”

We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions over the past 6 months and this is the first time we were disapointed with the location of our room. On this occasion we had a room that over looked the central service area and during the night we were woken up continiously by loud noises. We will return to the hotel but we will request a room with an outside view. |
