Following a £100-million refit, this prestigious department store now boasts six tiers of curved glass balconies. Keeping with tradition, the shop is still endlessly devoted to its more loyal customers and still has an extended china and soft furnishings section, together with the customary haberdashery and hats. However, following the refit they are now also attracting a more youthful clientele. A dazzling new accessories section and some trendy cosmetic brands like Fresh, Farmacia and Benefit are complemented by the arrival of new fashion names; Warehouse, Coast and Hobbs.
