Books, DVDs, CDs, toys and games plus a huge selection of UK and US magazines spread over two floors at this American-owned bookshop chain. Founders Tom and Louis Borders bought Books Etc in 1997 expanding their foot hold on England’s book shops. It’s a hold that doesn’t seem to have been weakened by the success of online book stores like Amazon. This branch of Borders Books is located just off the North Circular (A406) and at the bottom of the M1 motorway. Follow the signs for Brent South Shopping Park. You can also walk from Brent Cross Shopping Centre by crossing over the footbridge.
