The Radisson Edwardian Leicester Square Hotel's Bar & Restaurant is a perfect retreat from the hustle of its namesake - with its film premieres and central location, Leicester Square is one of London's busiest. Just off the square, this bar and restaurant offers a cool and intimate space with a pleasantly relaxed vibe. There's an emphasis on seafood with dishes like scallops served in their shell with garlic butter to start and smoked haddock, spinach and poached egg to follow. The menu also includes a range of seasonal British favourites like Kent salt marsh lamb cutlets and flattened and black peppered free range chicken breast served with mashed potatoes. The focus is on the provenance of the ingredients - the rib eye steak aged for 28 days, for example, comes from Dillon's Farm in Ireland. You'd be well advised to leave room for dessert, the plum and almond tart with ginger and honey ice cream comes highly recommended.Leicester Square Bar and Restaurant images
