Shochu Lounge's mixture of of rustic wood and shiny twenty-first century fittings is very Japanese, as is the low, moody lighting, and the cocktails, which are focussed on the sweet and fruity side of the palate. The funky house tunes and Shochu's selection of liquor draws a sophisticated cocktail crowd - the house speciality martinis are a good way to kick things off. A shot of 'Hard Wood' shochu tonic is another speciality and a very effective digestif. This extremely expensive shot is laced with the natural aphrodisiac Bois Bande so it not only tastes delicious but revives the appetite - in more ways than one. If you want to sample some serious London glamour, you can't really do better than this.Shochu Lounge images
